HomeHeard it on the ShowCast Iron QuesoCast Iron QuesoTue, August 29, 2023 by Producer Faith SHARE NOW 8ozΒ block of pepper jack cheese 8 oz block of Monterey jack 8 oz block of cream cheese 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes (not drained) 1/2 lb of cooked & drained ground beef OR pork etc (Add taco seasoning to the meat) 10 oz can of green chilis (not drained) Place in the cast iron. No need to stir (yet). Put in the oven at 350 degrees until melty. Take it out carefully and stir. VERY cheesy. VERY tasty. ENJOY.
