1 lb Italian seasoned turkey meat – browned and drained
1 (2 cup) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
4 – 5 tablespoons pizza sauce
Turkey Pepperoni
jalapeno peppers
onion – diced
Your fav pizza toppings
But browned turkey meat in a bowl and add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. You can add some seasoning here, too. Like red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, garlic powder…Put meat mixture on a greased broiler pan (so any extra grease will drain) and mold into the shape of a pizza crust. Add whatever toppings you like and remaining cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Cook on 400 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes: Emilie – I’ve made this before with a friend and we’ll double the recipe to make more! It’s delicious, but may need to be eating with a fork.
