Phoebe’s Old Soul Drink

(Orange Tonic Immunity Booster)

Our “Pheebs” makes this drink her own way, but she got the recipe from TikTok!


  • 3 oranges
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 whole ginger roots
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • Honey (optional)


Start by slicing oranges, lemons, and ginger root. Fill a pot with water and add all ingredients. Cover and let simmer on medium/ low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruit looks translucent. Stir occasionally. Add honey to taste (optional) and heat through. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

    I’m going to try this! My friend “nibbles” on organic tumeric root for health benefits, but it is way too bitter for me! Thanks for sharing!
