Hilda June 7, 2023 at 2:28 pm I wanted to do something with potatoes to go with dinner. I tried it out, and my family loved it. In fact, it outshined the main course dinner! Put more recipes with potatoes if possible. Reply
Marie Meadows June 16, 2023 at 11:14 am Hey a friend of mine used to make a variation of Sam’s potato nachos. She used small red potatoes cut in half and baked them and then fried them face side down in a little oil in a pan. Made them more French fry-ey tasting. Then I think she sprinkled the cheese on while they were still hot and dolloped the sour cream here and there and added the bacon and green onions. I bet it tastes about the same except this was easier at parties where you could just scoop up a potato or two. Reply
