Slow Cooked Taco Soup (Nana’s Way)

Jodi’s mom makes this, and it could not be easier!

  • 1 16 oz can pinto beans
  • 1 16 oz can corn
  • 1 16 oz can black beans
  • 1 16 oz can Rotel tomatoes (do not drain any of the above. Use all juice.)
  • 1 16 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1 oz package of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1-2 cups shredded, cooked rotisserie chicken (you decide how much)

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on Low for 3-4 hours. Or longer! TOO EASY. Serve in bowls with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese. SO good!
