Jodi has a trick to getting the BEST bacon in your oven. Here’s how to make it…
- 16 oz of bacon (any kind, your choice!)
- Stainless steel wire cooling rack (oven safe)
- Baking sheet
Pre-heat your oven to 400°F. Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place the wire cooling rack on top of the baking sheet. Then, place bacon on top of the wire cooling rack. (The bacon will cook crispy and evenly and the fat will drip onto the aluminum foil for easy clean up!) Transfer the pan to your pre-heated oven and bake for 15-22 minutes.
**For crispier bacon, place bacon in a COLD oven then pre-heat and bake!
