NBC will not be moving its hit drama This is Us to Thursday nights for the Must See TV lineup.  It will remain on Tuesdays for another 10 episode run when it comes back in the fall.

According to USA TODAY,

NBC Tuesday reversed plans to move breakout hit This is Us to Thursdays this fall, part of a strategy aimed at reasserting its onetime dominance on the night.

Instead, the series will remain in its original Tuesday at 9 ET/PT time slot following The Voice, and the network is shifting comedies Superstore and The Good Place back to their own original Thursday home. Under the revised lineup, Chicago Fire will move to Thursdays, swapping 10 ET/PT slots with Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Brothers, an new eight-episode series about the Los Angeles brothers who killed their parents.  And the revival of Will & Grace will move an hour later than planned, to 9 on Thursdays, no longer leading off the night.
