Sam’s Air Fryer Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 bagels, sliced into 1/4 chips
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Add the oil, cheese, and seasoning to the bagel chips in a bowl and toss until they are fully covered. Air fry for 6 mutes at 330 degrees (shaking the basket about halfway through cooking.) Then they are ready to serve. Eat as a snack or use for dipping.
**There are no measurements because you just add oil and seasonings until it looks right. And I’ve seen similar recipes that use cinnamon sugar for a sweet version!
Air Fryer Wings
Dry Rub
- 1 lb chicken wings (drums & flats)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 cup wing sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Wash wings, pat them dry. (Dry before you fry for crispiness!) Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss seasoned wings in some oil. Place wings in air fryer, not touching. Cook at 400 degrees for about 20-30 mins until crispy on the outside and cooked through. Open & shake the tray a few times while air frying. (You may need to cook in batches!)
Combine wing sauce and butter. Whisk the sauce to blend. When the wings are done, toss in the sauce and serve with ranch or blue cheese dip!
