Jodi’s Pimento Cheese Recipe

  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar
  • 4 oz jar of pimentos, drained and chopped
  • mayo (if you like it creamy, add more mayo!)
  • salt (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • onion powder (to taste)

Mix it alllll together and enjoy on a good sandwich or a dip for veggies!

    I make mine the same way , but I also add a pinch of cayenne pepper, cream cheese & a splash of jalapeno juice. Better than store bought 👍👍

    At the Masters, back in the 70s, they used this exact recipe, with 2 minor differences. Only used Duke’s mayo, and added some cheese whiz. Not kidding.

    Heard so much about this on the air that I had to try it. However no cream cheese in the recipe although Sam mentioned putting it in. Also would like if you gave a range measurement of how much onion & garlic powder to use. Had to look up several other recipes to get that range. Doesn’t need salt as cheeses are salty enough. Will make again but your recipe is not specific enough.
