Maple Candied Bacon

1 PACK OF Bacon

Maple Syrup

Put bacon (use the whole pack) flat on a baking sheet, and bake at 375 until it looks almost done.  Take it out of the oven and brush each slice with some syrup – on both sides.

Put it back in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Let it cool on paper towels.   Serve with a few hours (party food!)
