Quick Fish (with Cream Topping)

Murphy and our girls LOVE when I do fish this way. Here goes:

Spray a dish with cooking spray, also place foil in it. Place cleaned fish fillets in dish. No need to season them.

In a separate bowl, mix together:

1/2 cup of Mayo
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBS Dijon or Creole Mustard (most important part of the sauce!)
2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce
1-2 dashes of Paprika
Stir until well blended and spread on top of fish filets.
Sprinkle some Ground Red Pepper on top – for color and flavor.

Bake, uncovered, at 500 for 9-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
